for four years, ATT/uverse has been using our trees, one of them a very expensive and once pristine blue spruce that had been on this property for decades, a very expensive tree, for their poles. They ran the wires through the trees, and over the course of my attempting to get this issue resolved over FOUR years, the wires not only consistently knocked out our service, it has killed the expensive tree. I have paid out of pocket for a professional to come out to assess the damage, I sent Sedgwick all the pertinent information, photos, invoices, as well as having our ATT regional manager call their agent 3 times to tell them to PAY THE CLAIM, as it is a legit. property damage done by ATT, and now as they are known for, Sedgwick has denied the claim. I have upper management of ATT on this now, don't expect to get anywhere with them as I have not been able to for four years, however their own regional mngr. told this company to pay the claim. I just have researched Sedgwick and saw that they automatically deny 95% of claims right away. This needs to be stopped. I have been going through this for four years, enough is enough. Please help us with this issue. Thank you.

I had damage to my sprinkler system this last March 2017 and AT&T denied it and referred it to Sedgwick. Of course, they denied being behind my house even though there were plastic pieces with AT&T on it in my flower bed! Unfortunately, I tossed the trash because I did not realize they had broken two sprinkler heads until I attempted to use it a month later. Very unhappy and I would suggest not ever choosing AT&T for anything!
